The PTAB decission is a tough turning point to predict share price.
Some do not understand what the decission is setting the company up for in the litegation. So some will sell the news and others will do some DD as to weather or not hold or buy more. May not be as clear cut and simple to understand and may spook some investors/traders.
It's always tough to predict what investors will do when there isnt something they can digest easily like, a contract signing, settlement, dilution, etc. . Those are straight forward and easy to decide on as an investor.
For me personally, with all the research I've done, I will be pleased with a partial dismissal but extremely thrilled with a full dismissal. From what I've read a partial is if there are, for example, 5 claims and they dismiss 2 or 3. that appears to help the patent holder because the remainder of the claims need to be worked out, but there is meat on the bone.
