the long noted (also sarcastically) if their bid balance of 9600 shares will magically
become the UC ask .. lol .. i really shouldn't laugh .. cause god knows Market
Manipulators have done it numerous times b4 on $PTOI .. of course that was
with more *volume* .. something which is in *short* supply ..

and courtesy of what just got reported
to Finra for last month .. it's pretty clear *cooperation* in play amongst
the players ebbs and flows .. note NITE's sub 50% stat .. with ETRF in the
SECONDARY spot .. hmmm

i also note just how *revealing* aspects of the stock manipulation done (and documented) that sort of defies the *belief* (there and creeping over here)
where is the volume that would accompany all the negativity?
