The EROS litigation has just begun. Trading records for all named, depositions taken and lots of documentation compiled before this goes to court so naked shorting would not be mentioned yet. I have no doubt it will be once all the facts and documentation has been compiled. Looking forward to all the John Does being exposed as well. I think it is awesome that more and more companies like EROS and IPIX are going after the scumbags whose goal is to profit by committing crimes against those companies and those who invest in them. I have no use for liars and cheats. Go IPIX!!!
