I hope you finish reading my post before asking. I said, "It's obvious there have been short and distort attacks against IPIX and I'm not disputing that." The short and distort tactic is illegal, but the shorting itself is legal.
In both the Eros and Rosen lawsuit, naked shorting wasn't mentioned once. Why do you think the lawyers didn't mention naked shorting if it was involved?
