I am glad you read the EROS lawsuit. What short sellers do you think they are going after? I'm sure it is not the legal short sellers.
BTW in that same post I asked you several questions and would appreciate you answering them. Here they are: "Did you read the EROS complaint for which I posted the link here yesterday? They are bringing suit against the short sellers and they are on the NASDAQ. Do you believe IPIX is under attack by short sellers or not? Do you believe there is a naked short or do you believe there is only legal shorting being done? Do you believe the Mako group covered their short?"
