I agree. But the math as posted by Baffic on liehub then by me here are minimums for settlement based on $1.5M.
What no one has calculated are the numbers based on the full $3M litigation Financing amount.
The fact that they are willing to lend up to $3M doubles the settlement numbers to $123,000,000.
This is what the LF's where willing to lend assuming that the amount they must have been told on the inside (part of a lenders DD).
I other words, The loan does not reflect a few $10M settlements. R&G and BR must have told the LF's the potential and then SFOR negotiated the deal from there.
If the PTAB rules in SFOR's favor. The numbers will most likely be even bigger.
