As expected you are unable to provide to a source to show naked shorts don't have to cover after a name/CUSIP change.
I've read the Eros lawsuit news. Its 115-page complaint doesn't mention naked shorts once. It's obvious there have been short and distort attacks against IPIX and I'm not disputing that. But shorting using lies and naked shorting are two different things.
