I understand the concern and that some people place the financials as a higher priority then others.
Especially if you are an accountant because that's what you focus on as a profession. It is an important aspect for sure.
I will reserve judgement based on the reason for the delay.
As I have previously stated, it certainly would have been wiser to file for the extension.
I'm not going to jump off the roof screaming "WHY WHY WHY !!!! over it.
Other more pressing things that would be helpful to have answers to.
Happens in the OTC all the time.....that's why it's the OTC.....JMHO
