I am pretty confident in saying they have the funds, but also need to read a little more carefully....."15 days prior to close"....if the close date is set for a certain date, its 15 days from then, not the open ended window starting on the 15th. I get the anxious behaviors are overtaking that no one will know til we all know and it is soon.
