Alright, alright, alright.... let’s throw a topic out there... Robo made a comment elsewhere last night (which almost showed frustration) 
. It is reported that the agreement states that there must be proof of fund 15 days prior to close. Lots of fragments here. Is that 15 calendar days or business days? I do not believe the step warrants an 8k, but I do believe the method to obtain funds does...thoughts. That means that if they were to close at their earliest pont, then there would be something leaking out or reflected in some sort of communication... you know, like a quarterly update... that being said... if they are to get done what they say they intend to get done by 10/31... then just about everything is coiling... the October calendar days are passing and I would tend to believe that there a couple of fence sitting Kong’s that will start to get nervous.
I think the pimple is coming to the surface...and the face is getting ugly so pop that bitch and let’s have some fun!!! 26 days left this month, 18 or so business days, if you are on the fence to buy more, I think at this point you have about 2 business days to pick a side where the grass is green.... thoughts...
