PIC Netherlands Technical Conference 9/26/2017

Role of polymers will accelerate quickly (slide 53)

This is the first key takeaway, I had previously been envisioning the giant company JV (with/without Investment) to occur in 1st quarter 2018, coming subsequent to the 50Gbs device enabling 400Gbs, and the packaged 100Gbs beta-proto demonstration device, both of which were promised by end of 2017, but last week investors learned that the 50Gbs device is achieved, and this week investors learned that Dr Lebby apparently has a demonstration device as he was quoted saying "Let's say we are in the demonstration phase", presumably of the 100Gbs, so I conservatively estimate the window for such JV to now be end of 2017 at the latest, and really any time now at the earliest!

Role of LPC, after 7 years, likely to be extinguished now, or in the very near future

This is the second key takeaway, and it is obviously facilitated heavily by the first key takeaway. Think about it, already rumblings of Investment Bankers jetting to SF to meet with Dr Lebby from the PIC Netherlands conference, and also very likely imo, the giant company JV will be with Investment, that has been referred to multiple times by Dr Lebby as "attracting new stakeholders". Ok, so this will eliminate much of the "gaming" of the PPS related to ongoing operating financing requirements, the fair value of the PPS currently s/b in the $3-$5 range and I believe it will be by end of 2017 at the latest, anyone who follows the charts knows that on a 10 year chart the Buy volume of this current run to 1.86 exceeds to Buy volume of the run to 3.33 back in 2012 on the Lockheed ongoing NDA partnering with LWLG , and the introduction of Perk Indigo
