I see what you're saying though. It's a problem that those shares that were $0.30 when we got the LOI are clearly not going to be $0.30 anytime soo, but CHF and GC have continued to work on this knowing the outcome.
I don't necessarily think GC resigned becasue the deal was so bad. If he'd gotten 20 million shares for working without the additional dilution, that would have been a rich deal for him. I think they'd just figured everything out by then. GC had to triage, and stabilizing Avant was a priority in order to get our deal done. I am hopeful that the outcome there was satisfactory to all parties for all companies and creditors or it wouldn't have been done.
CHF was never gonna give us free money. The idea is just to get out from under the toxics. The avant deals don't enrich Avant investors, but they set it up for success and that's all we may need to get out from the toxics. Facts remain the same. If we get out from under toxics, we have a new shot at life and major share recovery.
