Every other morning I have an ounce of apple cider vinagar, 2 ounces of lemon juice, i/2 teaspoon of ginger, garlic powder, cinnamon and a heaping teaspoon of organic turmeric. I tastes like chit, so i power it down. I used to add a bit of oregano, but got irritable bowel syndrome from it. That went away almost immediately when I dropped that.
II use olive oil, here good things about krill oil,but don't use it. d plant sterols and stanol I will have to look into.
