Sorry you had the experiences you had with the Statins.
There are too many variables to effectively compare situations, but my doctor told me that he sees fewer side effects from Statins in people who maintain a healthy weight for their age and who exercise often enough and hard enough to 'metabolize and excrete'.
I just started on this formula. I've taken many of the individual ingredient's in stand alone and combo formulations.
Olive oil, Krill oil, Turmeric and plant sterols and stanols are not in it, but are available at decent prices from many suppliers.
