Sox, Let's assume that there is a fairly large naked short position in our company. The Mako job was illustrative in aiding this naked short position was not coincidental. The one thing the NSS'ers were not counting on was that Leo would defend against the bogus lawsuit by Rosen and WHO he would choose to defend it. The Ashcroft firm, headed by former Atty Gen of the US, John Ashcroft. They were also paid in shares to be redeemed at $1.70 or more. Now if I'm a NSS'er and see this kind of power, I'm not increasing my position. I'll just let it ride and see what shakes out. I wouldn't be trying to drive it down lower, I'd be looking to get out from under my rock. Agree with your legal short stance.
