Well now hang on there, Sox. Just a week ago you demonstrated that there were about 6400 naked short shares at some point in August.
For those not following, a non-covered short that does not deliver shares within 2 (then 3) days results in a failure-to-deliver on the position. This is what distinguishes allowed market making from illegal naked shorting.
