As much as we might want the information as share

You can't make the assumption that it is "mishandling of the company" because none of us know the business implications that are at the source of the silence and your not happy with the situation as it currently stands.
Without knowing the business situation, for all we know, it may cause more damage to the success of the company to allow information to come out prematurely before things are set in stone.
Truthfully, we just don't know. I also think the suggestion of some kind of impropriety is premature and an assumption made from frustration, not anything based on any real substance. Just anger because we don't happen to be in the know at the present time and most of us are seeing red from this investment.
We all know the type of folks that have tried to harm the company in the past. They tried to harm the relationship with Sony, Samsung and God knows who else
They've put up false reviews on websites, harassed bloggers who put up complimentary information about the company, threatened company principles, and the list goes on.
The company has told us in the recent past about management missteps when they were certain any adverse effects it would have on the business would be minimized.
I'm not seeing any reason why they would change that approach.
They're involved in a complex business process right now. These things sometimes require silence on the part of companies, be it legal, procedural, whatever.
Assuming some kind of wrongdoing just doesn't seem appropriate. Too much info indicating the exact opposite actually.
We've never been in a situation where we don't need to depend on dilution to move the company forward. Thats pretty refreshing....
As a shareholder, the only things I know is, my investment is down 70% + and based on the current information delivered by the company they are working toward giving the company substantially more value for my investment dollar in the long term.
I'm willing to take them at their word because it's in there best interests to do just that for themselves as well....
