While I agree with many of your post mike, OTC or not, a publicly traded company should still responsively manage the shareholders hard earned money. Its also appropriate to demand or ask assurance what the company is doing after a long silence. Being an OTC stock does not give a public stock a license to irresponsibly mishandle company. As someone posted here DF was disappointed with the previous admin that engaged a toxic financing with some financial benefit for them.
