Just to get everything straight one last time. I would not have invested a single dollar if I did not think that Mr.Berman could turn things around here (in addition to the potential of the company and attractive industry fundamentals). I still think that he is going to succeed. This does not mean that he is not perfect in everything. Below was my reply to you when you privately wrote to me. For the final time:
I have absolute no interest in running a company but I have several decades of experience. All I have is today the hope that they will fulfill the promises: the largest pharma chain contract in the US, international sales orders (more clarity on SA order), private labelling as mentioned in filings, etc. As long as they operationally improve, the case w J&J will be the icing on the cake. There was no mention of dragging this case potentially longer in the filings. The company was saying that 6 weeks after Sept 18th, they will have a swift solution. Let's see what happens w FDA.
Finally, I still think that, on the financing side, you can not simply say that you will bring 5mn by August 25th when your marcap is 92*0.06=5.4mn and stay silent on all of the details or execution of it or not.
As I said, I own millions of shares, never traded one and will never trade. I spend a lot of time before investing and never do any cyclical trades. I will wait until this company shows operational improvement and better financials in an audited format. Then, we can look at a value multiple times of the current. My downside at this point is 6cents, my upside is several times of that.
