because i don't speak for P2O and all who can process info recognize that this topic was introduced previously by mgmt .. with no AGM subsequently held
we've had this chat previously .. usually there is something specific addressed
re: an AGM .. which would include the seating of a BoD .. also addressed by mgmt and not yet executed
that doesn't mean it won't be .. or that it will be ..
let me reiterate .. P2O (company) .. is compliant .. all aspects will be filed when executed
when that execution happens only P2O's mgmt *knows* ..
hope that is able to be comprehended
