Let's get some more SeD background, since discomfort remains about our partner, and only knowledge will alleviate or affirm: The recent turnaround chronology for SeD. And some additional knowlegde on the SeD audit change. SeD changed their accountants because now instead of a capable group at EY, or a more senior group at MS, they are now going to directly work with the #1 and esp. #2 guy, the Senior partner Robin Chin of FKT, which is a major firm.
