the company .. former director or founder .. each one of those 400+ represents
an entity (not necessarily an individual) .. when i contacted P2O's founder over
a year ago to confirm that his 3M~ was still held based on an inaccurate comment
in a news story .. i also asked about that number filed .. because for the most
part .. it too had *held* consistent since 2013 .. when P2O was wrested back
the answer given (paraphrasing here) was there are 1000s of actual P2O investors ..
there are other OTC targets i *follow* who publicly comment about their investor
sizes .. on their CCs .. one of whom has about 25M less in their I/O than PTOI
their last public comment (edit about a month ago) on individual investors numbered over 20000
