How many investors of record? I believe about 400ish.
Not sure if there is actual printable factual data to support the claim of thousands of shareholders.
While PTO may HAVE options. Not sure how many would benefit shareholders bottom line more than raising money when the stock was at least in the .40 range.
Enviable share structure be damned. Shares are a companies currency.
Not sure if people like Bezos or Jobs or any successful tech company worried about an enviable share structure. They worried about having enough working capital to keep the company afloat until they reached profitability.
Virtually impossible for PTO to raise any funds now. Companies past history is so checkered that an angel investor is a pipe dream.
IMO, best case scenario is a complete buyout. And that price would be onerous when you take in account all of the debt. And what exactly would be bought? All tangible assets are deteriorated significantly.
As I said, they have options but none will come cheap. All will be to shareholders detriment.
Any positive return is multi years away...if ever.
