How much do they pay you to defend the "NSS doesn't exist" position on IPIX? Your bullshit theory doesn't hold water. T+3 and T+2 only comes into play regarding REG SHO on LEGALLY shorted shares. It has no bearing on "illegal naked short shares". Don't bother replying either. I know the rules inside and out. I am a retired financial advisor, licensed by FINRA. Go read the penal statutes on securities fraud and clue your buddy scottsmith in on what you find out. You guys will be sharing a cell one day, if you're not the same person as I suspect you are.
