First of all,those who say there is no naked short

First of all,those who say there is no naked short selling are those people who also believe in everything adhering to the rules and regulations and that the rules are,in fact,enforced.(Or they are trying to help cover it all up)
Criminals do not play by the rules,never have.They will cover their tracks and keep shifting money around to avoid detection.They are pros at what they do and their expertise is way above my pay grade (and anyone else on the chat boards)

I do believe that if the SEC actually exposed all the fraud,corruption and manipulation going on throughout the entire markets (not just the OTC) that the market(s) would crash and sink like the Titanic.That's why the SEC picks and chooses who they go after because if they went after all the crooks,it would look like a major war and markets would tank.

Those of us loyal longs know full well that it is a snake pit out there because wherever there is a pile of money,the snakes and vermin will gather.

Believe what one will,it doesn't change the fact that the criminals want YOUR money and if they can find a way to steal it,they will.
