Oh by the way in all my business and personal transactions only maybe 10% of the closings happened on the original contract date! In almost every case something came up to delay and or change the closing date and quite often because of escrow/ title issues and nothing to do with the buyer or seller!! I have been here 12 years those of you who have been here awhile know I paid .25 for my first Baltia shares if there is anyone longer than me out there I don't know who it is!!! I say this again to make certain you all know that finally after all the delays and heart wrenching issues and all the years of delays I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Tony for all your hard work these last 10 months it is your vision and your hard work steering this ship everything that has happened over the years is now water under the bridge get on board all you stragglers and fence sitters hop on the bandwagon before it is too late!!
