all this attn on a stock that doesn't do *volume*
and has been a target since 2009 .. go figure ..

actual investors get *attacked* or maligned
for adding to their investment ..

as has been noted numerous times .. there is nothing *new*
to discuss until mgmt files a material event .. because it has
all been said b4 .. any new material event that is filed .. can then be picked over
by all with interest .. next known date for a filing .. mid November 2017

who knows what the pps will be on PTOI then .. maybe .. .0005
maybe lower .. possibly even higher .. the point is actual investors
have choices .. hold .. sell .. or buy .. volume indicates minimal selling
with slightly more buying (have to discard the mirrored trades)

now this may change as we enter the last 4 months of 2017 ..

the dreaded documentation which threatens because of what it reveals
shows all with interest what the volume is on PTOI .. the tape of trades
reveals *trades* .. and the detailed quote reveals what is showing for B and A
.. CSTI had 1.5M @ 006 .. today's bid was over 60000 *showing*

someone has an interest .. too bad if that ticks *some* off ..
