As of last month though we have had less than 1000 FTDs coinciding with decreasing volume. So this means there is less than 200K naked short shares out there. That's an absolute ceiling. It's probably closer to 0.
On top of that, as Soxy points out, the short interest is less than 1% of the outstanding shares.
There is a very minimal short presence in this stock.
The real reasons why the stock is low:
Stranded on OTCQB = little institution interest
Sub dollar price = even less institutional interest
Mako/Rosen = diminished retail interest based on lies
Aspire/Aruda = until recently, and possibly recurring, pressure on shareprice
Low cash = cannot start a phase 3 without a partner or dilution
Hopefully the coming trial results and a solid partnership remedy all of these.
