Failure to Deliver' is def not legal short's.
It is basically another form of DILUTION!!! Someone is selling
in the transaction that is neither owner of or rightly borrowed shares. Absolutely
nothing legal about it.Naked' comes from 'out of thin air' also called
Phantom shares.
Everything else you write about is 100% correct.An unknown entity
