Investors do not like court cases.
Incorrect. Traders do not like court cases and to a penny trader it doesn't matter whether the company is a Plaintiff (like DECN) or a Defendant (like J&J).
As for investors, there is an entire class of investors that wagers big money and takes big risks on litigation stocks.
