i was talking about technology- i know what the current state of affairs is-but we sent men to the moon w 1960's technology! and only a 6 yr program!!
so ,why, especially since the water is right here on earth and abundant and wars will increasingly be fought over water- hasnt somebody put todays technology or more important tomorrows technology to use or be working on better technology- in the thousands of articles that come my way i've never seen anything re this
i suspect israels problem was security /terrorism threats against any such canal
i dont expect an honest answer since the adversary twists everything
