It is akin to the old Vacuum Tubes assembled by hand that were 4” long verses the Transistors that replaced them produced in foundries.
Again Lightwaves material is super sensitive and can react (do its thing then return to normal state in a Fempto Second) it is compatible with today’s InP and Silicon devices and Their production facilities it can be applied easily by spin coating, (just like a painting on the boardwalk where the kids squirt paint on a spinning piece of cardboard), then Poled (lined up +’s and –‘s ) once cooled it is locked in, it is Very Stable and Cheap to Produce. Is there something that is unknown that will cause it not to work, perhaps, but so far every hurdle they’ve meet they succeeded in overcoming. Investors that wait to invest until all hurdles are overcome will be paying Dollars per share, Round numbers $15k now gets 10k Shares and at 3 Bucks you only get 5k shares, think about it.
After talking to both Lebby and Leonberger at the Shareholders meeting 3 months ago I can tell you, folks they are onto something, they have discovered something, I’m not sure what, but stay tuned. Leonberger did not spend YEARS at an advisory level vetting this then turn around and join the Board for no reason and Certainly Lebby did not join Lightwave to spend time flying around talking to his peers about something that does not have great promise.
