no update. A lot to balance across all parties. See my previous summary of side events that bode well on 8/18. I've been here before. It almost never works out. And things then traded just like now. Below a nickel until late September then BK or some odd form of restructuring/privatization where common goes to zero so courts can wrap up before Xmas/NY's.
Unless that doesn't happen. If LOI is acted on as imagined, as has been said before, BOOM with a capital MOON. Doesn't take much volume to make mega returns. There could even be a speculative pop to take advantage of before the end. Consider adjusting your exposure as time goes on but I think we have approx a month left.
Then again, LOI doesn't actually end until February. Depends on GC's determination which is a distinguishing feature of our situation. This is a family legacy, a guy starting a career, with no parachute etc. His lifetime earnings, reputation etc will be affected in a big way if he gives up, and he comes to the conclusion that's the only option, I'm sure he wants to be able to tell a judge he's been working for free for over a year.
