surfer, there has been some talk that SeD isn't serious about healthcare, isn't a good partner for growth, doesn't bring expertise, doesn't have money etc.
This is a strong statement and commitment to aggressive growth in the space with professional leadership. The collaboration with Chemia helps to legitimize one of the parts of the potential deal, 3F asset injection. It's just ongoing evidence.
We all know we're on the precipice. But there are signs this may work out.

Int. Infusion has gotten millions in their fund and has filed for additional undisclosed funds. They invested $400k in Avant.
Avant hired Philip Goix. A legit CEO for the business.
There still haven't been default judgment filings by BMI/GreenTree.
Herantis still hasn't begun their study, but has designed a study and gotten grant money from all over.
Magna has been in close consultation with all parties, has been in San Fran but plug not pulled.
We have reached into the hat and felt hair. Is it felt lining or a rabbit?
