I could not agree more with your statements. To align that with what I am saying - even if I did not say it well - it will take a while to eat that elephant. I saw Robo comment this morning but have Been to busy to bring it up here, but I am glad someone did....
Expectation management is key -you and I agree on all that we see that need to be done. - it's a lot of work. My point is really to those expecting come mid September that we are in great shape. I think we will be in great shape but not quite there in mid September. I have a difficult time swallowing the elephant if they expect everything in line by the 15th.... it is not exactly logical and a little optimistic. So we should prepare that the time line will slip a bit. Which is fine... they may close the deal on the 15th but it will be tough to expect that all they say they will do will get done and then also have the expectation that they will be flying 30 days after that.. (Sheryl). It just a lot. I hope they do it but I do not expect it - cautiously optimistic
