Now I am looking at the time and sales on iHub and it's showing sales having occurred at .068 six minutes before my buy at .07 (which was a partial fill of 10,000 which occurred almost immediately). So if the time and sales data of the .068 trades around 10:40 is correct, then the bid/ask would have already changed before my attempt to buy at .06, since it partially filled (10,000) at .07 almost right away. So perhaps I just didn't refresh the page on OTCMarkets.com prior to trying to buy at .06.
Also worth noting (sort of) is the bid was showing .045 on OTCMarkets.com at the opening, so the bid price of .055 which iHub time and sales has for the sales which occurred at the opening appears to be incorrect.
Anyhow, I will shut up now.
