So two things:
One is Ray was right. On Friday of last week I submitted a buy order for 1,500 between the best bid/best ask and it did not show up on OTCMarkets.com, nor did it show up on my broker's L2.
This morning I submitted a buy order for 20,000 at .055 which I then modified to .0551 and both orders showed up on OTCMarkets.com right away.
Secondly, I then moved my bid price up to the ask shown on OTCMarkets.com of .06 (and reduced my order size from 20,000 to 15,000 due to a shortage of funds). Immediately the bid/ask went to .068 X .07, and my order was not filled.
I then moved up my bid up to the non-fake ask price of .07 and it was filled.
