Some people talk about RS to scare and pick up more lower shares BUT TXHD didn't do a RS last time few months ago at 0005 in a bad situation with way more debt and way more OS and did a 1:5 in 2013 only...no RS now
Also, Short Interest 6 weeks ago was at 6,430.64%. One substantial PR apart from the imminent 10Q and it will fly.
