Magna site is broken. They created a philanthropic arm this year. And Yippy exposed them in court. Gig is up. Only wall we have to break down is the feeble BMC/GreenTree folks repped by a quaint little San Diego firm. I spoke to their lawyer today. Case management magically got pushed to December. They're rushing to file judgment. Read between the lines. Deal is going through, they'll get paid off or they'll be whole and drop the case later.
