Singapore eDevelopment Limited Announces Proposed Change of Auditors

The Board of Directors of Singapore eDevelopment Limited announced that the Company proposed to change the current auditors of the Company, Ernst & Young LLP to Moore Stephens LLP. The resignation of EY as auditors of the company took effect on 24 July 2017. The appointment of MS as auditors of the Company will therefore take effect upon approval of the same by Shareholders at the EGM and, if appointed, MS will hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.
