Exactly the same identical scenario has happened with me, right down to Edward the dick deleting my posts and when he's deleted enough of them he gives you the TOS violation.
He let's the troll post lying trash 24x7 and you can't say a thing about it.
Once your on Edward the dick's radar, he follows you around like a dog looking for the simplest reason to delete any of your posts.
