1. The longside case is old and was settled BUT the judgment creditor has claimed that NTEK defaulted on the settlement payments and there is a lot of NEW activity (end of July) that has not been discussed ad nauseam, including responses filed by NTEK that include troubling statements such as they don't have any real estate interests (including leases).
2. The naked shorting issue has been posted about for years. Why do you allow and encourage these posts even though this issue has been discussed ad nauseam?
2. My posts are not bashing. It is not bashing to post factual information and ask tough questions or to try to hold management accountable. I was called a basher when I asked questions about audits or NTGL and guess what I was right. I have received plenty of likes and PMs from other longtime board members that support my comments and questions and are tired of you and PMC deleting any post that contains negative FACTS or ask legitimate questions.
3. You and PMC allow other posts to remain even though they clearly are attempting to pump the stock or insult other members and violate the tos. Why don't you delete these posts?
4. To be clear, a post with negative information (if accurate information) is not bashing. I would like to be able to discuss ALL NTEK developments news and information on this board...good or bad...and you should to.
5. Your job as moderator is to not to create a good narrative about NTEK by deleting posts that have negative information otherwise you are simply pumping this stock. This board he's a lot of views and has a lot of great contributors and should be a resource for people looking to do DD. I had to find out about the NEW longside developments on ihub because those posts were being deleted over here. Same thing happened with dilution and the RS...the news was suppressed here and even denied that it was occurring until months after the fact even though it was accurately being reported on ihub. It would be great if you and PMC would help post facts (good or bad like the longside court filings) then there wouldn't be all of these false claims about NTEK or people claiming that the court filings are forgeries. A company like NTEK that has lied in the past (audits, NTGL shares, etc) and as a result is going to have its fair share of negative posts. That's not bashing that's honest open discussion.
