Manuel, I'm responding to your PM in the open forum so that there is transparency here. Your PM contained no personal or sensitive info and therefore I believe it's best answered here.
Let me preface my answer to you by first saying, I support PMC and my fellow mods in their assessment of the posts on this board. When we identify obvious bashing those posts are deleted. When we identify trolling, likewise, those posts are deleted. Posters histories are also taken into account when decisions are made to delete posts that are suspect. I've deleted some of your posts in the past too because of the aforementioned reasons.
The 4.5 year old Long Side issue that you and a couple of others are insistent on making it a continual focal point here has already been discussed ad nauseam. Nevertheless, for the sake of transparency, if anyone is interested in researching it they can go to the Broward County, Florida Clerk of Court website but rest assured this forum will not be hijacked by anyone!
I find it interesting that the same few who's posts are found to be in violation of the terms of service as set forth by IHang, yet also claim to be long NTEK, are the ones making the same old negative posts and or posts with negative overtones. I understand being frustrated and even mad sometimes when you hold a security and it's not performing as expected. I even understand on occasion making posts that may reflect that anger and frustration but be forewarned that any individual engaged in scumbaggery, when identified, will be dealt with according to the TOS.
Here is Manuel's question and while on the surface it may seem innocuous, his history suggests otherwise.
