Questions to IR have to be very carefully worded if you want a reply I said I was an investor and IR said we only have 3 investors and my name wasn't one of them he/she said I must be a "open Market shareholder" and NTEK didn't get any value to my trades I then replied about all the dilution that the company abused with no reply, after cooling off wrote back about shareholders meeting figuring meeting would be after funding IR replied
"it wouldn't be scheduled until we close this round of funding as the fund is getting a seat on the board"
the interesting words "this round " and "fund"
IR Then went on to say SHM would be announced 30 days prior expected time frame September / October for meeting so things should heat up around here late August.
hope this helps, but I agree the longer this goes on its all or nothing
