dennyd I remember that statement about something larger that the 21M is in play.
I emailed IR yesterday and asked them if a SHM still in the cards for August and if a SHL be released soon.....
They stated there is no meeting scheduled at this time. And that the meeting
won't be scheduled until the fund they are participating in has closed. They also stated that the funding partner has an option to take a seat on the board.
I see that statement interesting. Maybe this is the bigger funding with Apple wanting a seat on the board ???? I would think a Institutional investor would secure its funds with assets and shares. Not sure if they are allowed to be on the board as a Institutional investor where Apple can as s partner....

Once the fund has closed they will schedule a shareholder meeting.

They also stated that a shareholder letters are sent whenever there is news to be shared with shareholders. They are not scheduled ahead of time.
