As far as DF freedom, this is a civil matter so the only thing in jeopardy is his assets not his freedom hint: bank accts, home, cars, investments, company. Its useless to sell now so I'm just gonna hold and pray for the best but expect the worse.

It's his obligation to have initiative and contact all shareholders at a reasonable time frame on a matter as important as this. Shareholders need to here from the top and if the company still fail its an investment where you take a loss.
