I pray you are correct because the only thing we all have left is faith the company succeed. As far as DF freedom, this is a civil matter so the only thing in jeopardy is his assets not his freedom hint: bank accts, home, cars, investments, company. Its useless to sell now so I'm just gonna hold and pray for the best but expect the worse.
If you communicate with DF so much where is the integrity to his shareholders explaining this important matter? Some stated to email him but why should I even have to? It's his obligation to have initiative and contact all shareholders at a reasonable time frame on a matter as important as this. Each and ever long time long will have a different opinion or theory which is meaningless. Shareholders need to here from the top and if the company still fail its an investment where you take a loss. If this entire matter brings the company down and all NTEK have done is keeping silent, duck and run, letting people continue to invest and stated we have a major investor, we have deals, we have partners, everything coming is gravy that would be fraud.
