"The Florida lawsuit has absolutely zero impact on

This is the response I have been given as of the recent deposition submitted by IG.
Of course I am no different then any long investor here and so I begin to question the integrity of ALL parties involved. I will share this: I have had continued correspondence over the past 24 months with DF and trust his technology, future ideas, delivery of product to date and his ability to be remorseful for what he has put his family through in all this. HE WILL NOT JEPORDIZE HIS FREEDOM! For the record I have never had any correspondence with Ivan ever. IMO Ivan has been involved with UF as far back as mid 2016. I sense and strictly my opinion based on very limited comments that there is some accountability for Ivan to be involved and know about this lawsuit early on. I do not believe NTEK will post anything about this that would lend credence to it. Statement: "It has no impact on the company and we are not going to allow it to have any energy."
My take has always been this lawsuit is frivolous and about a piddly 2mill shares. In the big picture it doesn’t amount to much of anything and this will come to pass soon enough. Do I feel this has been handled correctly? No but then to put any DD together with out all the facts would not be a fair assessment so at best it does leave me not exactly comfortable with what's transpired for ALL PARTIES. I think the key here is NTEK/ULTRAFLIX is better off to build this platform alone.
I will continue to support my investment here because the technology is sound and in fact some of the encoding Foley had worked on surpassed Swigs technology in a matter of weeks. I think we have locked up the ultimate machine in UF 3.0 and the company knows it. With a major investor that has committed to bringing together the pieces of this with 21 mill provides severe implication to thrust UltraFlix to the top 4K delivery globally forever. AT LEAST I HOPE SO!
I close with stating again that I am assured asking point blank the question if the funding is there to launch 3.0 and all its content and the answer is yes. I will either sink or swim like many of you but regardless lets press forward and push the company to deliver!
I am planning to attend the SHM which is targeted for late Sept. early Oct.
