Ha ha ha. - now that's a rant..... or rather a discussional roll....
So hopefully they take the path you suggest. In the meantime get the name change completed. That way they can start the funding sooner rather than later with a great media presence (post Baltia). Until then, the ho-hum approach gives one flashbacks of a bygone ERA... lol
