I'm sure there have been confidentiality agreement

I'm sure there have been confidentiality agreements signed during all of this, but there might have been some extra agreements once they entered into a certain phase of negotiations that could explain Rich and Fred being so silent. Not sure if that's a possibility or not. I'm sure an IR dept can still speak to investors, but maybe they just decided it easier and safer to keep quiet? Either way pretty frustrating.
