Robert Trapp and Ronald Wei resigned from the Boar

Robert Trapp and Ronald Wei resigned from the Board on May 3rd. According to JP, Robert Trapp emailed him that he resigned due to conflict of interest. Something obviously changed from the original plan to create the conflict of interest. I think this is about the only clue we have- is the creation of this conflict of interest around this time. AMBS must have started negotiating with SeD. I went back and looked at the board postings- SeD had Amarantus listed on their website for a short while as a division on May 4th- not sure if there is any significance to this- maybe there was a tentative deal and the IT guy didn't get the message that it hadn't closed.
